Free Anti Spam Software

The person who owned this phone before me must have previously bought protection software which has now lapsed but every time I switch the phone on it keeps prompting me to renew / buy, the security licence and when I click ‘exit’ it then goes on to try and bring up live updates, all this only adds to the long time that N70’s take to start up in the first place.
How can I remove this spam?

I’m trying to install McAfee’s latest version of computer protection software, and I’ve done all the prerequisites required to do so: 1) make sure you’re connected to the internet, which I am, 2) Uninstall any other security product before installing the McAfee software, which I have, we had mcafee virus scan along with firewall, e.t.c, and mcafee spam killer; I uninstalled that. 3) If upgrading from previous version of McAfee, simply begin installation.
Now, steps 2 and 3 are the steps I’m having doubts about. When they say uninstall any other security product, does this mean uninstall my old McAfee protection?
And Is installing this new software considered an upgrade, because if so, I probably should’ve just began the installation of the new product without uninstalling the old one.
I really hope I didn’t make my problem sound TOO complicated, I just want to get this software on my computer quickly; I just got rid of RapidVirus (which is hell) and I don’t want anything else on my computer.
Help would be greatly appreciated!!!

ok my mom is tripping that she just bought a computer for the house and i put world of warcraft on it and my uncle told her that thats not good and its going to mess up the computer and make it slow and stuffhere the someof the specs for the computer: intel® Core™2 Duo desktoprocessorE6550 with 2 processing cores, 1333MHz system bus, 4MB L2 cache and 2.33GHz processor speed per core3GB DDR2 SDRAM for multitasking power, expandable to 4GBlntel® Core™2 Duo processor l® Core™ microarchitecture,500GB Serial ATA hard drive (7200 rpm)

when im finished with it and i delete it and i find and get it leftover folders and defragment the comp. and we always run a check once a week with avg virus and spam protection software. and block those pesky starup idems you dont need. will it stillopen apps at the snap of the fingers and listen to music, chatting online all,burn cd al be done at once simutaiously

- Anti-spam

- Maleware(spelling?)
- Firewall
One that duznt take away from my processor too much, meaning duznt make my computer run slower when runing. Price duznt matter. My friend uses Xoftspy, and says it really good. Is that a good program? I heard bad things bout McAfee,that it take away from the processor speed.

i used to have comodo firewall pro, but with 2332 pop-ups a day, it was worse than the vista user account control… it was so bad i uninstalled it…it pissed me off and i didnt even know if i should allow or deny…wtf.. comodo sucks…

I’m looking for good spam protection software for my outlook express, but it has to work with IMAP, not pop3. Struggling to find freeware for IMAP specifically.

Any suggestions would be welcomed.
