I use outlook express on my work pc - but everyday i get 80 - 100 spam emails and I cant seem to stop them - i have gone into my settings and put the filters up to the highest setting, but all to no avail!

Whats worrying me now is that i appear to be sending people spam emails from my email address - i have carried out all the virus and malware scans but nothing is coming up

PLEASE HELP I AM AT THE END OF MY TETHER!
