If I get a syntax error concerning an email address, How do I correct this?
Exactly what does syntax error mean? I’ve found legitimate email in my spam filter in Outlook Express and cannot get it released because of this. I get the same message in Yahoo. The sender said he would be sending a PDF document. Any help?
The email address is exactly as typed. No spaces, not dots, anything. Could it be the type of document? PDF?

I receive junk mail all the time, how come it’s not sent to my bulk email. Then once I mark an email spam still continue to get the same email from the same persons. I thought once marked spam it is then blocked.

Help with Microsoft Outlook/email/Spam question please?
I’ve got Microsoft Outlook email (2000 version of Works)
I’ve got virus/spam protection with McAfee. Anyway, last week I renewed my McAfee subscription, and had to download new software. Immediately, the Spam folder in Outlook disappeared. I badly need to access my Spam as I know a lot of genuine emails are being sent into Spam, but I cannot locate the Spam folder. It’s just disappeared from the tool bar.
I’ve tried asking McAfee technical support but they just say uninstall and reinstall McAfee, but this doesn’t make any differencen, my Spam folder is still missing.
Any ideas please!!?
How do I stop email that beats the spam blocker by changing one digit at the end of it’s address?
The address has 3 digits at the end. everytime one is blocked they change a digit and get through again!

If everyone that receives spam email replied to all their spam email, would spammers stop spamming?
Think about it….if we all hit ‘reply’ and and ask for more information would the spammers not be overwhelmed with emails such that they would not be able to filter their marks from the ‘reply spam’.
That is the conventional wisdom, however, I never respond to spam yet I still get tons of spam. Maybe we need to rethink that strategy?
