Free Anti Spam Software

Hi There,
A big thank you to anon51 i followed the instructions and it worked out great. You have been the most help yet since i have been with Yahoo Answers. Now about filters. i have several pop-up blockers going at once and have a spam box checked in my Yahoo mail box and a Norton spam blocker in my Outlook Express. Are all these spam and pop-up blockers conflicting with one another. If i need a filter how do i go about choosing one and installing it?

consider that there are not many anti-spam filters that block image that is huge these days? what is a good internet provider? any information will help on this topic!!

In my dept mail i am receiving lot of spam mails. The sender’s name, subject and content are unique. So I couldnot set filters for that. I am using Outlook Express. Can anyone help me to filter out spam mail coming to my account to a separate folder like spam in gmail or bulk in yahoo.

The junk mail filtering within hotmail hasn’t helped at all; it falsely flags more good mail than bad. I’ve tried using Outlook Express with a spam filter, with little results. Maybe I have to keep trying that……..?
Anyway, I’d love to have a way to control spam without having to use a pop3 client. Any tips?

I’m talking about the ones that you can’t filter out because the text of the advert is actually an embedded gif file.
Can’t block text from the message head or body cos it’s always randomised

everyday my Yahoo Bulk Mailbox is getting Overloaded with over 300 SPAM emails! Spamguard is not fighting off the amt of Bulk Spam I’m receiving. Is there any other option out there…free anti-spam software etc?

How can i trace out the email id so that i can reply him.
or atleast i need to trace out the email server so that i can mail to postmaster@emailserver. Pls find following info.
i have remove my id bcoz of security reasons. if i get a good reply i am ready for a clear point..

U can c the IP 220.97.161.23 in the information. but that may be the IP of the Gateway or the computer. i would like to get the email id from this IP.

all this spam was definately a result of subscribing to Myspace. It is all dirty, and I have since unsubscribed, and I still receive it, 5-10 mails a day !

I am getting up to 1200 mails a day addressed to a non existant user (usually starts with edona….@) as the user name). My name is Denis@.
I have no individual acccounts set on on OE. Would doing this enable me to filter tham? How would I do this?
What else can I do? My ISP will change my account, but I don’t really want the hassle of doing this.
